Utilizes ATS soft machinable mandrels
360 degree surface contact min. capacity of 3/4” and max capacity of 6.00”
Guaranteed T.I.R. = .0002”
Available for American Standard and selected flat nose spindles
EM Nose comes with (1) expansion bolt.
Soft Mandrels
All soft mandrels are 6 split with 1/2” bolt
All soft mandrels w/ 1/2'“ expansion bolt have a minimum capacity of 1.00”
Various sizes are available with a 3/8” expansion bolt
Soft mandrels with a 3/8” expansion bolt have a minimum capacity of 3/4”
Maximum capacity is 6” (with larger specials available upon request)
Various sizes are available in 4 split
Pneumatic Cylinders
